Colette Boylan1 StarI’m so upset by my experience at this garage . I will explain the full-story but for anyone wanting a brief explanation I have paid over £700 & still have a car with the exact same fault.
I took my car (BMW X1) to this garage due to it suddenly losing power whilst driving. They repaired the car, I paid & drove away (still had the fault) only to have the car breakdown entirely in a dramatic smokey manner 30 minutes later & I needed rescuing.
E-garage towed my car and charged me £700 for the ‘repairs’ & said it would be 2-3 days ... 8 days later my car was returned to me with the EXACT same fault !!
It’s been very stressful & upsetting ! I’m left now facing the awful prospect of getting it repaired elsewhere & i’m now over £700 down (I am a single mum & REALLY can’t afford this btw)
I offered E-garage the opportunity to put things right but they just wanted more money which I’m not willing to risk.
Fortunately I am a local Agency Nurse which means I meet an enormous amount of people daily .... the only comfort I can take from this experience is that I can hopefully warn others to not get robbed too !!Thursday 22nd October 2020

My car runs like new and I have restored faith when driving it.
