Here's an example...
I booked my car in for a full comprehensive service. When I went to collect my car. They said that my car didn't need a full service so they gave it a partial service and saved me over £50.
They could have, if they wanted to, given my car the partial service and charged me for the full service and I would never have known.
Examples like this is the reason why I take my cars to Swift.Tuesday 21st December 2021
