We have a vehicle that is new to our fleet. A vehicle like no other. It defies all known laws of physics and works by magic- or at least, that is what the electrics appear to be on this thing. Before I had finished making the engineer his cup of coffee, he had already announced he had found what he believed to be *the* fault and was busy checking the rest of the relevant circuits of magic to make sure there were no secondary faults. It is telling of modern life that he felt it necessary to justify why he was doing this, but I thought it so refreshing; he wanted to leave site knowing that he had found ALL the faults so he could stand by his work with pride. Most engineers in this industry find a fault and say "there you are, it's that. Sign here. Bye." Without checking any further issues. OK, so it cost me an extra hour or so labour- but it saved me a possible breakdown. Absolutely top marks for RESG. If all PSV support companies operated on this high principle I would have a lot lower blood pressure. Derek, Northampton

Dont waste your time with main dealers when it comes to PSV electrical faults. Call these guys straight away! Key factor is they identify faults and repair them quickly, rather than throwing expensive parts at the problem hoping they fix them. 1st number to call from now on!
