- Modernize and upgrade electrical fittings throughout house
- Install and setup Google Nest cam
- Install motion sensor lighting entryway and driveway
- Install LED's in loft space

Richard and I discussed the list of work and collaborated on solutions, he provided me a quote the work was done on time and there were no surprises.
