Paid £100 for diagnostics before Christmas and was told the part we needed was very expensive so he'd look around for a better deal than directly from Volvo. Heard nothing. Chased loads. Then called from another phone and he answered. He said he'd email over the results of the diagnostics. He didn't. We eventually took the car direct to Volvo. The diagnosis was not what Pulse said it was. The part (plus another for another non electrical jobl and the labour all coming in at less than £500 which Pulse said wasn't possible. Basically we gave Pulse £100 and got nothing. Very disappointed.

Howard fitted a reversing camera to my VW Transporter T6 Campervan. First class job. Very neat installation. Very efficient and finished quicker than expected. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Took my car to Howard as a non starter. Professional and courteous throughout working to rectify the fault and explaining the issue without bogging you down in technical jargon. I'm pleased to say my car is back on road and running better than before it failed in the first place! Very happy with the service given and have no qualms about coming back should I need to. Thanks Howard! A note worth considering is he is very busy and has a waiting list so book in early. Quality is worth waiting for though.
