When possible, we provide free of charge courtesy cars or vans to enable you to carry on with daily life whilst your vehicle is in the safe experienced hands of Plox Motors Ltd. No additional work is undertaken without your agreement – we will always advise you of any additional work and the costs involved before any work is done to your car. Once the cost and work has been approved by you, the work is then completed accordingly, which means you are kept informed at all times of what your service will cost. Fantastic customer care. Always so friendly, polite and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I always use Plox for any works needed on my car as I know I receive honest feedback and they will only do work that is required at a fair price. I would recommend. 5 stars. I highly recommend Plox Motors, I dropped my car off they phoned me explaining in detail what was needed, I was told how much it would cost which I agreed so they could go ahead with the work. I was phoned again when my car was ready to pick up. The communication, professionalism and friendliness of all the staff is outstanding. We moved to Tarleton eight years ago and one of the problems we had was knowing which local businesses were good and which weren’t. I’m now delighted to be able to say that the guys and girls at Plox Motors are always lovely to deal with, always professional and above all, always honest and my wife and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Thank you to all the team at Plox!!! I have used Plox Motors for many years on a number of different cars….always exceptional! This family run business offers a personal service which I believe is second to none. All the customer facing staff are friendly and professional. They give great advice and the ongoing communication could not be better. I had some bodywork repaired after an accident. Not only were the price and work of a great quality but, when I panicked that I needed my car back earlier than expected, they made every effort to get back to me early. Cannot recommend enough.

Took my vehicle for a service, was expecting to pay for a full service but when I went to collect I was told that after things were checked the car only needed an interim service. This is why I chose Plox Motors, travelling from Southport to take my vehicle, because I knew I wouldn't be ripped off. Great communication, no hidden charges. I received a phone call to tell me what needed doing and the cost before the work was done.
