Nathan Smith5 StarI am a new driver, young and know very little about cars so when my car broke down immediately after buying it I was very stressed. Found K and S through my warranty company and they were fantastic. They firstly came out to look at my car to try avoid me having to get it towed in but unfortunately they couldn’t sort it there. Got it taken in on Thursday and it was ready by Friday afternoon. The guy there is friendly, great communication and very helpful. I will continue to go to these guys in the future and couldn’t recommend them anymore!Saturday 12th March 2022

Women/girl on the reception desk minus -5 stars(a very bad attitude very aggressive tried to shout me down when i asked a question about the work been. I'd like to think she was just having a bad day and i caught her on a off day.
After reading reviews on line i belive this not to be true, this is how she seems to treat everyone.
I imagine a lot off people avoid this garage because of that women.
Its a shame because the work done and pricing seems very reasonable.
I would use this garage again if that women was not there.
I can imagine she has cost the owner a lot of repeat work, all because off her bad attitude and horrible demeanour.

Kirsty Dixon1 StarVery disappointed. On two separate occasions I have taken my car in for potential work. Both times they have looked at the card. Mechanic side brilliant as they have looked at it straight away however on both occasions they have said they would get back to me the same day with the quotes and have never heard back from them. Even gave them the benefit of the doubt and tries ringing and left a voicemail with no response. Such a shame as when they did my MOT last year couldn’t have been happier as went to a well known national company and was massively overcharged however brought it here for a requote and given a 5* service and an honest price.Saturday 19th February 2022

Such a positive experience I have just recently taken my car back for its MOT. The guys were honest with what needed repairing again completed the job in a day and my car was back on the road.
