"The required work was carried out in three stages: 1. A survey of existing electrical installation. We fully expected that a full house rewire would be needed but John explained that this was not required. A new consumer unit needed, and any work needed for new lighting fixtures would require the purchase of class 2 fittings to ensure safety. A written survey report was provided that was clear and concise. This stage was carried out by John and Tom in a professional, efficient, helpful and friendly way. 2. Installation of new consumer unit with RCD and surge protection. Working in a very confined space John carried out this work in good humour as well as his innate professionalism and efficiency. On completion of the actual installation John checked that all electrical components in the house worked. 3. Installation of Class 2 lighting fitments in the Kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Including 5 wall lights, 5 ceiling downlights, 1 ceiling light, 5 under unit lights and 1 extractor fan. Work carried out by John and Tom with the minimum of disruption to our normal routine. This was carried out in the manner we had come to expect I.e. Excellent standard of work and customer service. Each of these stages were carried out within budget and within the time agreed. Andy always responded to phone calls efficiently and provided excellent customer service. Overall BJA Electrical Services exceeded expectations in all areas. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. "

Can't recommend BJA Electrical enough. They've now done a couple of odd electrical jobs at my property and they're always extremely polite, patient and helpful. They have always responded to any enquiry I've made to them too, which is half the battle these days! I would highly recommend BJA Electrical to anyone in their coverage area looking for a reliable and high standard team of electrical professionals!

I have used BJA now for 3 jobs and will always use them for any work I have in future (as well as recommending to family and friends). Andy & John are both very knowledgable and professional, and are full of great ideas for my home. They are always flexible with dates / times and fair priced. They have completed for me a full house rewire in October 2021 (additional sockets / new board / armoured cabling to garage / spotlights / up and down external lights / external security light, bathroom extractor fan and more). Installation of spotlights in March 2022 and upstairs rewire / additional sockets / additional lights / spotlights in November 2022. Cannot thank Andy / John / BJA enough praise for the work they have done for me at such a fair price!

The team did a complete rewire to my mother's house and garage to a high standard. They always came on time and were very considerate of my elderly mother, always leaving the house in a safe condition each night with floorboards and carpets back down. The job was finished ahead of the estimated time and for the price agreed. There was minimal mess and disturbance to decorations which was a great achievement considering the size of the job. All of them were very friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I would thoroughly recommend BJA Electrical if you have need of electrical work doing.

Called due to an electrical burning smell in our house. They managed to get round the same day to investigate, couldn’t find the source but asked us to call back if it returned, which it did. Again got out on the same day and resolved the issue. Both electricians were extremely professional and good guys, will definitely use again in future.
